Payment and Delivery

Shipping

The list of countries we deliver to can be found in the online order process.
Shipment of ordered goods is handled by service providers appointed by us (e.g. parcel or express service). Delivery charges will be added to the cost of the product. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties. The delivery time may vary depending on the destination country. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
In Austria delivery takes between 1-2 working days. The average delivery time within Europe is 2-4 days, to other countries 3-7 days.

Prices, Terms and Methods of Payment

Prices published in the online shop apply.
Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. You can pay by MasterCard, VISA or American Express. Payment will be processed by our service partner Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Please note their general terms and conditions for payment processing. SteadySense retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. The customer receives a detailed invoice by email.

Mastercard

  1. Choose “MasterCard” as the payment method. Enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the CVV (card verification value = three-digit code on the back of your MasterCard).
  2. For transactions processed with the MasterCard SecureCode, a password will be requested.
  3. Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to the femSense online shop.

Visa

  1. Choose “Visa” as the payment method. Enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the CVV (card verification value = three-digit code on the back of your Visa).
  2. A password will be requested for transactions processed with Verified by Visa.
  3. Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to the femSense online shop.

American Express

  1. Choose “American Express” as the payment method. Enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the CVV (card verification value = four-digit code on the front of your American Express).
  2. Once the payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to the femSense online shop.
