If you're wondering how we use a sensor patch and an app to detect your ovulation, then you've come to the right place.
Our true hero, the smart patch with integrated sensor.
You wear our high-tech patch discreetly on the side of your chest and under your arm for a maximum of 7 days of your cycle, where it continuously measures and records your body temperature at set intervals.
How do I know when I am ovulating based on my temperature?
Our femSense app
Our femSense app accompanies you during use, analyses the temperature data and tells you when your fertile days and ovulation are. You can track your cycle and your symptoms and easily analyse them to live according to your cycle.
Download for free from the iOP App Store or Google Play Store.
For iPhone 7 and higher or Android smartphones with NFC.
How do I get the data onto my smartphone?
This works with the well-known NFC technology. NFC stands for "Near Field Communication" and is a fast and low-radiation technology for contactless data transfer. Â
You know it from contactless payment and electronic passports.
Why you can trust our technology
Our sensor patch is an approved medical device, which is subject to a number of requirements and specifications. With us, you get a thoroughly tested and researched product that you can rely on.
The product was developed jointly by biomedical scientists and fertility experts and is recommended by gynaecologists.
"femsense is a market innovation and an eye-opener in terms of monitoring natural fertility. As a fertility expert, it is my first recommendation."
Dr Alexander Just
"The femSense product is easy to use and is currently the best solution for identifying ovulation without ultrasound."
Dr Michael Schenk
Gynaecologist Dr Michael Schenk explains why it makes your life easier to use our Smart Sensor Patch instead of a manual thermometer to measure your temperature:
- Thousands of measured temperature values
- Read out 2x daily at any time
- Highest measuring accuracy (<0.1°C)
- Simple and automatic evaluation
- Notification of your ovulation
- One-time measurement
- Every morning at the same timeÂ
- Inaccurate measurements
- Error-prone
- No notification of ovulation
Our patches are only intended for a single application cycle.
The femSense Patch sensor uses a battery as a power source and must not be disposed of with household waste, but in accordance with the respective national regulations for small electrical appliances.
